Melissa Wen is a Litigation Department associate who focuses her practice on Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Melissa worked as an intellectual property associate at a Chambers-ranked law firm, where she drafted briefs, managed discovery, conducted research, wrote motions, and prepared expert witnesses.
While attending law school, Melissa gained additional experience as a student attorney for the Harvard Housing Law Clinic, the Harvard Education Law Clinic, and the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project.
