Hannah Welsh is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Hannah has experience across a variety of legal areas, including white-collar defense, attorney-client privilege, civil procedure, and juvenile life without parole sentencing. As a Ballard Spahr summer associate, Hannah worked on cases involving theft of trade secrets, consecutive term sentencing, attorney-client privilege, and corporate deposition disputes.
While in law school, Hannah advocated on behalf of disciplined students in the Philadelphia School District, and served as student pro bono counsel in an immigration appeal to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
