Elizabeth Weissert practices complex commercial litigation with a focus on federal antitrust litigation. Liz has experience in matters involving antitrust, federal RICO and fraud claims, as well as consumer class action litigation.
Liz is involved in all aspects of litigation and the discovery process, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, preparing for and taking depositions of corporate representatives and fact witnesses, working with expert witnesses, supervising significant document review projects, and legal research. Liz's antitrust and competition practice also includes advising trade associations on antitrust compliance and risk. Liz is also a member of the firm's Diversity Council.

- Represents a real estate development company responsible for leasing, development, and management of airport food and retail space in federal antitrust litigation involving tying and restraint of trade claims
- Represents a medical certifying board in federal antitrust litigation involving tying and monopolization claims in relation to its maintenance of certification program
- Represents a multinational pharmaceutical corporation accused of violating RICO in connection with the manufacturing and sale of pharmaceuticals
- Represents a national student loan servicer in federal litigation relating to loan servicing
- Defended a financing company in consumer class action litigation and successfully obtained summary judgment as well as denial of class certification
