Bill Wassweiler represents financial institutions serving as corporate trustees, senior lenders, collateral agents, paying agents, loan agents, and other interested parties in matters involving municipal debt, corporate debt, EB-5 lending, and single bank loan and syndicated lending (including mezzanine lending). His areas of focus include corporate trust and structured products litigation (with a specialty in fraud litigation) as well as bankruptcy, workouts, bond defaults, trust instruction proceedings, creditor-rights litigation, real estate litigation, receiverships, and foreclosures.
Before earning his J.D., Bill was a certified public accountant for several years at Deloitte, a large international accounting firm.
