Laura Wall is a litigation attorney who focuses her practice on consumer financial services. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she worked at an Am Law 100 law firm where she defended major insurers and financial services clients in complex civil litigation and class action cases in federal and state courts across the country. She has experience litigating matters related to life insurance, annuities, and long-term care insurance, with a particular focus on fraud, misrepresentation, rescission, policy administration, adequacy of disclosures, lapse, suitability, bad faith, and premium financing issues. Laura has also counseled insurers and financial services clients on compliance with state insurance and consumer protection laws.
