Nathan L. VanRensselaer

Nathan VanRensselaer is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing on public finance matters. Nathan advises clients on commercial real estate transactions and developing business transactions. His work spans financing, structures and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and tax-planning. Before joining the firm, he served on an attorney team that handled a multi-billion dollar portfolio sale of more than 60 institutional-grade multifamily assets in over 10 states to a national real estate investment firm.
