Deniz Tunceli focuses his practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he worked at an Am Law 100 firm, where he assisted clients on a wide range of commercial, business, white collar, regulatory, and intellectual property litigation matters. He handled evidentiary motions, briefings, and depositions.
While attending law school, Deniz gained additional experience as a summer associate, a judicial intern for a federal judge, a law clerk for a leading energy provider, and an LSAT tutor. He also served as a student board member of the Center for Law and Transformational Technology, co-founded the Middle Eastern Law Students’ Association, and competed for Drexel’s Trial Team, where he won several national tournaments.
Prior to law school, Deniz attended the University of Virginia as a Jefferson Scholar. While at Virginia, he competed in the American Mock Trial Association, where he earned the title of National Champion and became a four-time All American.
