Jessica Hepburn Sadler concentrates on bankruptcy litigation, debtors' and creditors' rights, and commercial litigation. Jessica regularly represents clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including preference litigation, claims objections, and the automatic stay. She also represents clients in an array of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court.

Jessica's commercial litigation experience includes the handling of cases involving the Uniform Commercial Code, mechanics' lien disputes, judgment enforcement, real estate title disputes, all aspects of landlord/tenant law, post-judgment collection, and state receivership proceedings.

Aside from her litigation practice, on numerous occasions Jessica Sadler has been appointed by the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland, to serve as a Trustee to sell marital assets. She has also been appointed as a Trustee by the Circuit Court for Montgomery County to wind up the affairs of corporate entities and to provide recommendations to the court.
