Jessica Hepburn Sadler’s practice focuses on complex commercial and consumer financial services litigation. Jessica represents clients in a diverse range of federal and state litigation ranging from commercial and consumer financial services, corporate disputes, commercial real estate, receivership actions, Uniform Commercial Code proceedings, real estate title disputes and post-judgment collection actions.

Jessica devotes a significant portion of her practice representing commercial lenders in litigation, debt recovery, lien perfection, judgment enforcement, and lender liability defense matters. Jessica is also experienced in bankruptcy practice and regularly represents creditors in all aspects of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases including relief from the automatic stay, plan confirmation, enforcement of rights to cash collateral and adequate protection, prepetition claim allowance, enforcement and collection of administrative and post-petition claims, and prosecution and defense of preference and other avoidance claims.
