Jessica has a diverse mergers and acquisitions practice that spans private equity, strategic buy-side, and sell-side deals in a wide range of industries. She is dedicated to understanding each client’s risk tolerance and business goals to effectively achieve the optimal balance between speed and certainty that is essential for a successful transaction. She also advises businesses on legal issues encountered throughout their life cycles, including corporate structure and entity formation, corporate governance, contract negotiation, and other general business matters.
Jessica is dedicated to pro bono representation and work in the community. She has represented clients seeking citizenship and assisted start-ups and nonprofit organizations with various legal issues.
