Jessica has a diverse mergers and acquisitions practice that spans private equity, strategic buy-side, and sell-side deals in a wide range of industries. She is dedicated to understanding each client’s risk tolerance and business goals to effectively achieve the optimal balance between speed and certainty that is essential for a successful transaction. She also advises businesses on legal issues encountered throughout their life cycles, including corporate structure and entity formation, corporate governance, contract negotiation, and other general business matters.
