Mischka Stone

Mischka Stone is a Business and Transactions associate who focuses her practice on securities and capital markets matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Mischka worked as an associate at a law group focused on private equity transactions, where she drafted transaction documents and oversaw KYC, due diligence, and AML processes for primary and secondary investments.

Mischka also worked at a Boston law firm in the strategic transactions group, where she advised clients on the preparation of Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Securities Act of 1933 filings. While attending law school, Mischka gained additional experience as a summer associate and as a legal intern for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.
