
Jaylin Stevenson is a Litigation associate who focuses their practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, they worked at a Chambers-ranked law firm, where they participated in federal and state antitrust litigation, general commercial litigation, contract disputes, health care litigation, antitrust consulting, and claim monetization matters.
In this position, Jaylin also second-chaired depositions, successfully argued against class settlement claim deficiencies, and researched and drafted various legal documents. They oversaw the antitrust class action recovery program, serving as the primary contact for 23 clients and tracking more than 300 active matters.
Jaylin interned at the Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation in Honolulu while attending law school, where they conducted research on complex issues related to quiet title actions, administrative orders on appeal, and due process claims.

Pro Bono Experience
Jaylin enjoys working on a variety of pro bono cases. They have worked with the Alliance for Children’s Rights in facilitating several foster children’s adoptions, helped secure permanent residency for a gang violence survivor, and drafted an appellate brief for a domestic violence case.
