Stephanie Stephens represents banks, finance companies and other lenders, as well as borrowers, in negotiating, documenting, and closing secured and unsecured debt financing transactions. 

With 20 years of experience counseling clients in the financial services industry, she's able to anticipate issues with a deal before they arise and provide clients strategic advice as they enter the deal process. Stephanie also advises on commercial and investment grade syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financing, note purchase transactions, loan participations, credit and facility reviews, asset and stock acquisition financing, real estate lending, and other working capital credit facilities.
