Hayley Steele is a litigator who focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including contract disputes, commercial mortgage defaults, privacy and cybersecurity matters, and real estate and construction disputes. She has experience representing clients in a wide range of matters at various stages of litigation in state and federal courts.

Before entering the legal profession, Hayley worked at a national education nonprofit. She also volunteered as an AmeriCorps VISTA member, where she worked on neighborhood revitalization projects in low-income communities. While in law school, Hayley served as a Certified Student Attorney in her law school's Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, where she represented clients seeking asylum.
