Nicole Necklas Soraruf has more than a decade of experience with finance transactions that help her clients meet strategic business objectives. She advises on real estate financings for a variety of clients, including lenders and companies across industries.
Nicole negotiates, drafts, reviews, and structures transactions and related documentation, including loan and lease agreements, legal opinions and nondisclosure agreements, as well as corporate resolutions and other corporate governance documents. She also reviews and analyzes insurance and performs due diligence for transactions involving real estate, aircraft, and other assets.
