Wilson Smerconish is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department whose practice focuses on white collar defense and investigation matters. As a summer associate for Ballard Spahr, he conducted extensive legal research and drafted memoranda on litigation matters while gaining practical experience through observing depositions and client meetings.
Before joining Ballard Spahr, Wilson worked as a law clerk for a Philadelphia-based criminal defense attorney and served as a policy analyst and assistant to the executive director at the Terwilliger Center for Housing Policy within the Bipartisan Policy Center in Washington, D.C. In this role, he supported efforts to advance bipartisan housing legislation promoting safe, affordable homes for all Americans.
