Madhundra Sivakumar

Madhundra Sivakumar represents clients on various matters related to intellectual property law, with a focus on complex patent litigation and contested proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In addition, Maddy assists with global patent portfolio management, including with respect to parallel ex-U.S. patent litigation and opposition proceedings. Maddy also handles patent prosecution and opinion work.

Prior to Ballard Spahr, Maddy was an IP associate at a prominent law firm in New York. Before entering private practice, Maddy worked at one of New York’s leading hospitals, where she conducted allergy and immunology research.
