Madhundra Sivakumar Recognized as Lawyer on the Fast Track

Ballard Spahr Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Madhundra Sivakumar has been named to The Legal Intelligencer’s 2026 Lawyers on the Fast Track.

As part of The Legal Intelligencer’s annual Pennsylvania Legal Awards, the Lawyers on the Fast Track honors are reserved for attorneys under the age of 40 across Pennsylvania and Delaware who have distinguished themselves through their professional accomplishments, leadership qualities, and community involvement.

This award is the latest professional recognition for Maddy, who has also been featured in The Best Lawyers in America’s “Ones to Watch” for Intellectual Property Law and Litigation – Intellectual Property for Philadelphia each of the past two years.

Maddy helps brands strategically enhance the value of their intellectual property and is experienced at navigating all phases of IP protection matters. She has litigated in federal and state courts, before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and in arbitration. Her clients are globally recognized companies across a wide range of industries, including bioplastics, hardware and software, fire suppression manufacturing, type design, voice recognition, clothing, footwear, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage production.
