Jocelyn Sitton is a Litigation Department associate who focuses her practice on antitrust and competition. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she worked at a Chambers-ranked Chicago law firm, where she represented clients in a range of litigation areas, including complex commercial litigation, aviation, class action, trade secret, arbitration, and regulatory matters. In this role, she represented clients in all stages of litigation, and she has experience in all areas of discovery. She also maintains a robust pro bono practice, ranging from prisoners’ rights to LGBTQ+ matters.
Jocelyn previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Bruce Jenkins of the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
