Scot L. Shirley

Scot Shirley is a Litigation Department associate who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he worked at a Nevada-based law firm, where he represented individual entities in high-stakes commercial litigation involving contractual, fiduciary, and fraud claims, and managed all aspects of civil litigation.

In this role, Scot worked on all stages of litigation, including initial client intake, overseeing case strategy, trial preparation, managing client relationships, and coordinating with experts.
