Jonathan Schirmer is a construction lawyer who represents public and private owners, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and design professionals on complex public and private construction matters in state and federal courts.
Jonathan has extensive experience with state level bid protests and federal contracting issues, including high-stakes bid protest actions at the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims. He also regularly advises bidders and public owners on state and federal procurement and contract issues.

- Represented protester at the Government Accountability Office in successful protest of $100 million+ Coast Guard training and support contract including award of attorney fees.
- Represented protester in $800 million bid protest at the Government Accountability Office and Court of Federal Claims which included substantial motions practice and a highly contested hearing implicating then President Trump's national emergency declaration on the Southern Border.
- Represented public agency in King County Superior Court litigation concerning $968 million project for the new International Arrivals Facility (IAF) at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
