Victoria L. Romvary

Victoria Romvary is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing her practice on commercial finance matters. She has experience representing commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with corporate financing transactions across a variety of industries, as well as advising clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Victoria has experience drafting and negotiating various transaction documents, public filings and other strategic agreements.

Prior to her role at Ballard Spahr, Victoria was a corporate associate at a New York-based multinational law firm.
