Victoria Romvary is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing her practice primarily on commercial finance matters. She has experience representing commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with financing transactions across a variety of industries, as well as advising clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Victoria has experience drafting and negotiating various transaction documents, public filings, proxy materials, governance documents, and other strategic agreements.
Prior to her role at Ballard Spahr, Victoria was a corporate associate at a New York-based multinational law firm.

- Represented senior lender in a $6 million senior secured acquisition financing for the sponsor, a private equity and debt investment firm, in their acquisition of an exhibit management company.
- Provided $4 million senior secured working capital facility to support the private equity acquisition of a national distributor of agricultural (produce) products.
