
Juliana Romeu is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on landlord-tenant cases. She represents commercial landlords and shopping center owners in litigation throughout California. She has several years of trial and motion experience.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Juliana served as a litigation attorney at the Eviction Defense Network in Los Angeles, a non-profit organization, where she represented very low income residential tenants facing eviction and represented them in bench and jury trials.
