William P. Reiley is an associate in the litigation department and product liability and mass tort group. He represents clients in the automotive, consumer products, energy, and financial industries. He also devotes part of his practice to consumer financial services and mortgage banking litigation. Will's consumer financial services practice focuses on individual and class litigation and arbitration in mortgage, credit card, debt-collection, and servicing matters. His clients include banks and nonbank lenders, mortgage lenders and servicers, and third-party service providers.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Will was an associate at a Philadelphia-based defense law firm where his practice was focused on premises liability, motor vehicle liability, personal injury, product liability, and retail liability. He represented a number of large businesses in personal injury actions, ranging from slip and falls, property damage claims, fire loss claims, and criminal acts of third parties often involving contractual issues between the parties.
