Alexis Prado counsels corporate clients on complex middle-market transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and funding arrangements. In addition, Alexis represents institutional lenders, borrowers, funds, and other investors in connection with complex mortgage loan originations and other structured financing arrangements related to real estate development and acquisition.
While in law school, Alexis externed with Honorary Magistrate Judge Stacie F. Beckerman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. He also served as the Law Review managing editor and an Oregon Law Ambassador.
