Nicole A. Prada-Trivino

Nicole Prada-Trivino is a Litigation associate who focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Nicole clerked for the Honorable Catherine M. Easter, the Deputy Presiding Judge in Anchorage, where she handled felony criminal filings, post-conviction relief cases, and appeals from the district court and administrative agencies. In this role, Nicole reviewed discovery related to motion practice and researched for motions before the court.

While attending law school, Nicole gained additional experience through legal internships at the Federal and State Public Defender’s Agency as well as a courtroom judicial assistant position for the Alaska Court System.
