
Sam Pauley is a litigation associate who focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she worked in the New York office of an international law firm, where she represented a wide range of clients in complex commercial litigation, government and internal investigations, and regulatory matters.
In this position, Sam worked with private equity firms, public companies, boards of directors, and executives to resolve matters including U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement actions and examinations, U.S. Department of Justice investigations, and non-party subpoenas.
Sam gained additional experience as a legislative assistant at a Minnesota government affairs law firm and as a student attorney at the Child Advocacy Clinic at St. John’s University School of Law.
