
Trey Miller is a Philadelphia attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses his practice on government affairs and public policy matters. Prior to completing his law degree, Trey was a Government and Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Ballard Spahr, where he managed complex, multijurisdictional licensing and regulatory projects.
Trey also previously worked as the Chief of Staff for Governor Edward G. Rendell. In this position, he worked directly with Federal, Local, and State campaigns to assist with fundraising efforts locally and nationally. He also assisted Gov. Rendell and other members of the firm’s Government Affairs and Public Policy team with high-level clients.
Trey gained additional experience in Washington, D.C. as a Union Scholar for the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees as well as through an internship with the Sindhi American Political Action Committee.
