Scott D. Marty is Co-Leader of the firm's Life Sciences Industry Team. His practice focuses on various aspects of biotechnology patent prosecution, diligence, counseling, as well as drafting and negotiating complex IP-related transactions.
Scott’s clients run the gamut from multinational Fortune 500 companies to emerging growth start-ups. Regardless of size, clients benefit from his experience in navigating all areas of drug discovery through development, including product launch. In the start-up space, he provides strategic patent counseling to life sciences companies, guiding them through every stage of a product's life cycle.
