Abraham Lorber represents clients in litigation related to consumer lawsuits, real estate, landlord tenant matters, and personal injury defense. He serves as an effective advocate for clients in all types of dispute resolution, including mediations, arbitrations and trials. He works closely with clients to develop strategies and tactics to minimize risk and increase recovery.
Abe’s practice includes all aspects of business litigation with a focus on:
- Defending financial institutions against consumer lawsuits
- Representing commercial and residential landlords and tenants in lease disputes and evictions
- Advising senior housing communities on landlord/tenant issues, including prosecuting involuntary discharge actions
- Helping homeowners and businesses understand and address disputes regarding easements, boundaries and restrictive covenants;
- Debt collection and defense
- Representing individuals and businesses in complex personal injury defense, including aviation personal injury defense
He has a Yellow Belt certification in Legal Lean Sigma and Project Management, which have helped him develop efficient workflows and case management techniques to make dispute resolution more cost effective.
