Robert T. Lieber, Jr., is a Denver-based consumer financial services attorney who represents clients throughout the country. He has built a robust practice defending clients against claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and various related state laws. His experience spans state courts, federal courts, and arbitration, including AAA and JAMS.

Rob has represented clients in a variety of complex matters, including bankruptcy adversary proceedings, mass arbitrations, and class actions. Additionally, he has provided support to banks and other lenders with commercial loan workouts and related litigation.
