Robert T. Lieber, Jr., is a Denver-based consumer financial services attorney who represents clients throughout the country. He has built a robust practice defending clients against claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and various related state laws.
