Hari’s experience includes litigating complex insurance coverage matters, including environmental, employment, and construction defect claims; advising on government compliance investigations from various state and federal agencies; litigating privacy issues related to the General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Protection Act, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act; and advising on legal and regulatory matters for state and national antitrust regulations and intellectual property matters.

- Represented autistic minor who was wrongfully removed from his home and placed into foster care at three years old, securing a $7 million verdict for the family after a five-day federal jury trial in the Western District of Washington
- Represented insurer in property claim dispute securing dismissal of Washington Insurance Fair Conduct Act and Washington Consumer Protection Act claims in King County Superior Court
- Represented construction company in construction defect case securing a dismissal of intentional interference of contract, civil conspiracy, and California Unfair Competition Law causes of action against client in Los Angeles County Superior Court
- Assisted insurer in obtaining dismissal of putative class action complaint in lawsuit alleging improper valuation of totaled vehicles in the Western District of Washington
