
Benjamin Kim is a Finance associate who focuses his practice on commercial finance matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Ben worked at an Am Law 100 law firm, where he represented corporate borrowers and lenders, private clients, financial institutions, private credit funds, and sponsors in domestic and international financing transactions.
Ben also served as an assistant general counsel for the Congressional Oversight and Investigations Unit of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In this role, he advised FBI personnel and executives on briefings with members of Congress and testimony before Congress.
