Jacquelyn Kapinos is a general commercial litigator with experience handling a variety of matters. She provides legal advice and advocacy across areas, including real estate, construction, contract dispute, consumer finance, and banking services. Specifically, Jacquelyn has represented commercial landlords both in collection actions and breach of contract actions, as well as representing clients in commercial real estate recovery. She additionally assists banking clients in disputes involving deposit accounts and other payment methods.
Prior to joining the firm, Jacquelyn's practice focused on civil litigation within the insurance industry.
