Ricardo is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Ricardo provides guidance to clients with respect to general corporate matters including corporate governance, commercial contract review, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to his role at Ballard Spahr, Ricardo interned with the in-house counsel groups at Norwest Equity Partners, a private equity firm in Minneapolis, and the Minnesota Vikings.
