Alena Ivanov

Alena Ivanov advises clients on bankruptcy, insolvency, and distressed financial transactions, with a focus on distressed real estate and commercial lending. She represents lenders, creditors, trustees, and receivers in court proceedings and out-of-court workouts, helping clients protect and recover their investments when borrowers face financial distress.

Alena's practice covers bankruptcy cases, receiverships, and state and federal litigation involving distressed real estate and other assets. She also represents lenders in loan documentation and enforcement, and helps commercial lenders and creditors recover debts and enforce judgments.

In Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases, she represents creditors and trustees on matters such as relief from the automatic stay, plan confirmation, cash collateral, claims disputes, preference and other avoidance actions, dischargeability disputes, and sales of property.
