Alena Ivanov provides strategic counsel to clients in all aspects of distressed financial transactions. During her time as a Judicial Clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Washington, Alena developed an understanding of the plan confirmation process and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to her clerkship, Alena developed her knowledge of the bankruptcy landscape by serving as an extern for the U.S. Trustee Program and as a judicial extern.
