Daniel Imahiyerobo is an associate in the firm’s national Finance Department who focuses his practice on commercial finance matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he was a private credit and mergers and acquisitions associate who represented clients on both sides of complex corporate transactions, including private credit financings, leveraged buyouts, PIPE deals, and de-SPAC transactions. In this role, Daniel independently managed over 20 closings in 2024, with values between $5 and $50 million.
Daniel gained additional experience as a summer associate at a New York law firm and a product liability and litigation paralegal at a Boston law firm.
