Daniel Hynes is a Litigation Department associate who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Daniel worked as a Ballard Spahr summer associate, where he performed extensive legal research and drafted memoranda on a variety of litigation matters.
While attending law school, Daniel gained additional experience through a judicial internship for the Honorable Edward G. Smith in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
