Daniel Hwang is a Litigation associate who focuses his practice on antitrust and competition matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Philip A. Medley in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Daniel interned with the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, the Brookings Institution's Initiative on Improving Interbranch Relations and Government, and a leading international law firm in Seoul. He also served as a student attorney in Georgetown Law's Rising for Justice Housing Advocacy Litigation Clinic.
