Tyler Hodgin is an associate in the Litigation Department who focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Tyler served as a law clerk for both the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the Arizona Supreme Court. He also completed externships at the U.S. District Court, the Yuma County Legal Defender’s Office, and the Arizona Department of Economic Security.
His experience includes drafting orders for civil and criminal cases, conducting citation checks, drafting bench memoranda, and researching and drafting memoranda and opinions in various areas of federal and Arizona law.
Tyler is fluent in Russian.
