Kaylin Hawkins is a Litigation Department associate who focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Kaylin served as law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. Savage of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Previously, Kaylin worked for a personal injury law firm, where she represented clients in a wide range of matters through all stages of litigation in both state and federal court.
Kaylin gained additional experience while attending law school as a law clerk for a Philadelphia law firm and as a research assistant for the American Law Institute.
