Zach Gorman is a corporate lawyer with a diverse transactional practice. Zach represents companies in merger and acquisition transactions, public and private capital-raising transactions, joint ventures and negotiating and documenting a variety of commercial contracts. In addition, Zach routinely assists and advises entrepreneurs, startups and investors in forming, starting, and funding businesses.
He works with clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, medical device, healthcare, software, clean energy, business services and manufacturing. Zach brings to bear his experience as in-house counsel to a global medical device company in crafting creative and practical solutions for his clients.

- Represented a medical device company in multiple acquisitions and served as in-house counsel with primary legal responsibility for its global vascular device business
