Brittany M. Giusini-Tsoflias is an Attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department who represents large corporations and small business clients in corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware state and federal courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery. Brittany regularly advises clients on corporate governance, partnership control fights, and litigation and employment strategies, including those involving breaches of fiduciary duty, appraisal of stock, breach of contract claims, and post-employment and termination decisions. She has extensive experience in assisting with pre-litigation, internal, and special committee investigations. Her practice also focuses on matters pertaining to consumer financial services. In this role, she represents lenders and servicers in credit card-litigation and other related lawsuits brought in both state and federal courts.
