Paul George has tried more than 200 jury and non-jury trials throughout his career and has been recognized by Best Lawyers as one of the best commercial litigators in Oregon.
His practice concentrates on commercial and complex litigation with a particular focus in contract and business disputes. He has tried a number of cases involving trade secret and unfair competition claims, together with banking, partnership disputes and real property issues. He also has experience in the bankruptcy courts representing both creditors and debtors.
