  • Represents multiple municipalities and water utilities as plaintiffs in actions claiming that defendants engaged in anticompetitive conduct in connection with the sale of aluminum sulfate, a water treatment chemical
  • Represented a major creditor in the City of Detroit's Chapter 9 bankruptcy
