Jennifer L. Feden focuses her practice on all aspects of transactional real estate work, including the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of retail, industrial, office, multifamily and condominium properties, and the representation of landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail and office space.

Before joining Ballard Spahr, Jen was a Development Officer with the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization focused on First Amendment issues.

Pro Bono Experience

Jen has represented clients in a variety of pro bono work, including engaging in negotiations on behalf of a tenant facing eviction, negotiating a lease on behalf of a local arts and culture organization, and representing property owners in civil forfeiture actions.
