Jennifer L. Feden has a wide-ranging real estate practice through which she assists clients with all aspects of their transactional real estate needs, with a particular focus on both landlord- and tenant-side leasing work across the retail, office and industrial sectors. • Represents the master concessionaire for the food and beverage and retail operations at the Philadelphia Airport, including directly negotiating space leases for vendors as part of the expansive retail program at the Airport and managing a team of attorneys to ensure consistency and seamless workflow in the leasing and negotiation process.
  • Represents a developer in connection with the assemblage, financing and redevelopment of a 4 million square foot mixed use development in Philadelphia, including property acquisitions, entity structuring, multiple tiers of public and private financing, and management of community and governmental relationships
