Trent Fujii focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, drawing on substantial first-chair trial, appellate, and federal court experience. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, where he represented the federal government through all stages of civil litigation.
