Duranya Freeman is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Duranya worked as a summer associate at the firm, and as a law clerk at Alliant Energy. During law school, she was awarded the Clinical Legal Education Association (CLEA) Outstanding Student Award for her work representing incarcerated clients post-conviction.
Prior to attending law school, Duranya worked as a grants coordinator at the Colorado Center on Law & Policy and as an analyst at a trial court in Butte County, California.
