Erin Fischer is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on antitrust matters. She has experience drafting memoranda on a wide range of issues including, discoverability of documents provided to a foreign government, breach of contract disputes for mortgage servicers, as well as antitrust and bankruptcy matters.

Prior to attending law school, Erin worked as a registered nurse at an orthopedic hospital in New York, NY.
